📦 Shipping

All physical products are shipped within the United States using standard shipping.

Standard shipping for physical products within the United States is $6.95 flat per order. Qualifying orders of $50 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping. The When Everything Changes — Divorce Workbook + Companion Journal Bundle ships free. Digital downloads do not require shipping and have no shipping charge.

Estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is 7–10 calendar days for most physical products and 10–14 calendar days for the Workbook + Companion Journal Bundle. These estimates include the time needed to prepare and ship your order; no additional processing time should be added. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.

📄 Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (including downloadable PDFs, affirmation cards, and other digital resources) are final sale.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.

🔁 Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on physical products unless the item arrives misprinted or damaged.

If your order arrives with a printing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the damage or misprint

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
