📦 Shipping
All physical products are shipped within the United States using standard shipping.
Orders are carefully packaged to arrive safely, and shipping costs and options are clearly shown at checkout. Orders that qualify for free shipping (such as bundles or minimum order amounts) will receive free standard shipping automatically.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details when available.
📄 Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products (including downloadable PDFs, affirmation cards, and other digital resources) are final sale.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital items.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital files, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
🔁 Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on physical products unless the item arrives misprinted or damaged.
If your order arrives with a printing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the damage or misprint
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
